The STACK Assurance: Our Warranty & Quality Promise
Effective 2026. © STACK LTD.
At STACK, we build products designed to endure. We stand behind our engineering, and should you encounter an issue, we are committed to getting you back to cooking as quickly as possible.
1. Core Components Protection
For the original owner, we provide a 5-year Limited Warranty on the backbone of your STACK. This covers material defects/failures in materials and workmanship for all Core Components used in a residential setting.
-
Included Core Components: Main External Oven Body, Internal Chassis and Cooking Chamber.
Note: Cosmetic changes affecting coatings and finishes are not covered. This coverage is active as long as you own the product, up to the five-year limit.
2. Secondary Components Protection
Secondary components are the "workhorses" of your oven. We provide a 1-year Structural Integrity Warranty on these parts.
-
Secondary Components include: Fire Box, Ash Pan, Temperature Gauges, Gaskets/Seals, and branded accessories.
3. Finishes & Aesthetics Protection
While we use high-grade coatings and rust-resistant materials, these parts live in high-heat environments. We guarantee the integrity of these finishes against rust and substantial failure for 1 year. Cosmetic changes are not covered including fading, changes in colour or minor blemishes that do not stop the STACK from functioning safely. These are considered natural character marks of a high-heat appliance.
4. The "Keep It Authentic" Clause
To ensure your safety and the longevity of your STACK, your warranty is only valid if:
-
You Buy Authorised: Only products purchased via stack-online.com or an Authorised Dealer carry our warranty. Products bought through discount clubs or unauthorised resellers are legally "used" and carry no STACK protection.
-
You Register: You must register your STACK at stack-online.com within 60 days of purchase.
-
You Stay Original: Any "DIY" modifications like drilling into the frame or using third-party internal parts will void your coverage.
5. What Isn't Covered?
We built the STACK to be tough, but it isn't indestructible. This warranty does not cover damage from:
-
Overheating: Taking your Stack above the recommended temperatures.
-
Gravity & Travel: Dropping the unit, transit damage, or improper assembly.
-
Foundation Issues: Using unapproved trolleys or unstable surfaces.
-
Commercial Use: These terms apply to home chefs only.
-
Acts of Nature: Floods, storms, or "Acts of God."
-
Standard Wear: Scratches, dents, or visual changes that don't affect the oven's structural performance.
-
Marine Environments: Structural failure or failure of coatings and finishes due to high salt marine environments and coastal locations.
6. How To Make A Claim
We want this process to be painless. If something goes wrong:
-
Contact your Point of Purchase: Reach out to the dealer you bought the STACK from, or email us at support@stack-online.com.
-
Provide Proof: You will need your original receipt and a clear photo or video of the issue.
-
Resolution: We will repair or replace the component at our discretion. While the part is on us, please note that shipping, labor, and taxes are the responsibility of the owner unless pre-authorised by STACK in writing.
