The STACK 90 offers unrivaled versatility offering the same capabilities of a BBQ, Pizza Oven, Kamado and Smoker combined in one single, easy to use, compact unit. Cooking modes include:

From Cold Smoking at cool temperatures to matching the blazing hot temperatures to fire pizzas just like a professional Italian Pizza oven, The STACK 90 can handle it all, perfectly.

In our Low n Slow mode, one load of charcoal will burn at a consistent temperature for up to 14hrs.

Easy lighting
The lighting process couldn't be simpler. Fill with charcoal, insert a firelighter, ignite. With both air vents fully open your STACK will be ready to use in 20 minutes.

With deadly accurate and easily adjustable air vents on the fire box and chimney flue, you have complete control over the combustion process.
Accurate and consistent Temperature
The STACK 90 shell is built with a double stainless steel wall containing insulation able to withstand 1093°C. With a door mounted precision thermometer which reads the temperature at the centre of the oven. This thermometer is calibrated to 0.1 of a degree meaning you always have a temperature reading you can rely on.
Repeatable Settings
Once you have mastered the perfect cook, note down the timings, amount of charcoal used and air vent positions. Maintaining these variables on your next cook will allow for perfect results every time.
